Obama administration: promote LGBT rights around the world

- The Obama administration announced on Tuesday last week that the United States would use all the tools of American diplomacy to promote LGBT rights around the world. In a memorandum, Barack Obama and in a speech of Hillary Clinton at the UN Human Rights Council last week, they declared to actively combat efforty by other nations that criminalize LGBTs and their rights. more»

Pakistan passes bill to protect women's rights

Last week Pakistan has passed a bill to protect women's rights better. Anyone who forces a women into marriage or deny them inheritance will be sentenced to prison for 3-10 years or will have to pay a fine of about $6,000.
